About Scotties

We are a Cambridge street food trailer serving handcrafted scotch eggs.

Scotties Hot Scotch Eggs was founded in Cambridge in 2022 to add a new and different item to the street food market. Using only the highest quality ingredients we serve a variety of scotch eggs cooked fresh to order accompanied by a selection of sides and sauces.

We are at Ely market every weekend and at various other locations in the Cambridge area. We are available for private events such as weddings, parties and corporate occasions so please feel free to get in contact if you would like us at your event.

Our Menu

Our Eggs

Our classic scotch eggs are made using Rymer Farm free range rich yolk eggs and 160 grams of high quality sausage meat wrapped in golden bread crumbs. Our other eggs are made using Rymer Farm free range eggs and high quality ingredients to deliver a twist on the classic.

Vegan Alternative

For vegans we provide an arancini ball using quality rice risotto and a variety of ingredients to provide a delicious alternative for those who don't eat eggs.

For those who don't like eggs!

As an alternative to eggs we offer a delicious buttermilk chicken burger served on a toasted brioche bun.
